The firm represents clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcies and handles loan modifications. From its dual offices in the cities of Houston, Texas and Broomfield, Colorado, Summit Legal Consultants serves clients throughout Northern Colorado, including the Denver metropolitan area as well as the Metro Houston area. Under the direction of managing attorney Karen Kealy, the members of Summit Legal’s team of professionals are dedicated to fostering strong relationships with each of their clients in order to develop customized strategies and provide unique solutions. Ms. Kealy is a member of the Texas and Colorado Bar Associations, and has been admitted to practice before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado. Experienced in international compliance management, she also holds certifications as an anti-money laundering officer and a professional mediator. She received her bachelor of science in finance at Oklahoma State University and her juris doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law.
