Assisted Living by Ultimate Care Homes is an assisted living facility that provides premier assisted living in Spring and The Woodlands, Texas (TX). Assisted Living by Ultimate Care Homes is an assisted living facility that provides premier assisted living in Spring and The Woodlands, Texas (TX) area. Founded by Debby Thornton a Licensed Nurse with 25+ years experience in the health care field. We are committed to a hands on approach in providing the best possible care for our residents. Our caregivers receive continuous training to meet each residents’ physical, mental and spiritual needs. Our mission is our passion for excellence, quality and most importantly “Life”, to provide individualized care to each of our residents with the utmost dignity and respect. Ultimate Care knows that location is important to family members, so prior to admission, we meet with a prospective resident’s family gathering as much information as possible as to the needs of their loved one. We visit, when possible, the prospective resident and do a head to toe assessment to ensure that we will be able to provide the necessary care at the location of the home that family is interested in. There are times when a different home may be a better fit for that person, so that we can provide the necessary care needs. Filling all of our beds is not as important as being able to provide the needed care our residents require, so over the years when we have had residents with high level of care needs, we have had only four or five residents in that home. We put our residents health first by routinely supervising that all medications are given by trained caregiver personnel, and/or about each home, ie: each home is set in a lovely neighborhood, private and semi private rooms available to be decorated with your loved ones memorabilia or treasured possessions. We are always happy to meet with a family to provide a tour of any of our homes and offer any assistance that family may need.
