For the 4th year in a row, the Julie Moore Real Estate Team has finished in the top 3% of all realtors in Des Moines, selling over 30 million in residential real estate. We currently sell, on average, one home per week. Approximately 90% of our business comes from referrals. Our clients range first time home buyers to executive relocations. We also list and sell downtown lofts, acreages, townhomes, and foreclosures. We work in all areas of Central Iowa, wherever our clients take us! I am an accomplished business professional with 15 years of expertise in sales, marketing and business development within the commercial and residential real estate industries. A Drake University graduate, I began my real estate career in 1998 with RE/MAX Real Estate Group, went on to become the Director of Client Relations for a commercial construction company, and then the Director of Development for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Iowa. Additionally, I was part of the distinguished Forty under 40 Class in 2008.
