Take a step back to the roaring 1920’s when you enter this historic 35-unit apartment building! The Brady boasts wide hallways and high ceilings in the period-decorated common areas. As you enter each spacious studio, you can't help but be impressed by the huge bay windows and window seat featured in each unit. In addition, the studios have eat-in kitchens with full sized appliances, a dressing room off the restroom, large closets, and beautiful woodwork. Most units have updated kitchens with built in microwaves. The Brady also offers garages, off street parking, limited access doors, and coin operated laundry facilities.
The Brady is in the heart of one of Des Moines most historic and celebrated areas – Sherman Hill. It is across the street from Hoyt-Sherman Place, and walking distance from Methodist Hospital, as well as several area stores and restaurants. The Brady is just a few minutes drive to downtown Des Moines, or to I-235 access.
