I travel from state to state teaching food safety to restaurant & hotel personnel.
I'm a very personable person who cares about what I am teaching as well as my students. Unlike a lot of teachers I have had in the past, I am not a lecturer. I get to know everyone in my class by name and get them involved in discussions which I feel makes them retain a lot more of what they are learning. Therefore, leaving me with an AWESOME pass/fail ratio....I feel when the teacher cares, the students to care more as well....
