Smith Farms was founded as a roadside stand in 1955 by Ed Smith, who sold seasonal produce, cured hams and bacon.

Smith Farms was founded as a roadside stand in 1955 by Ed Smith, who sold seasonal produce, cured hams and bacon. The years since have seen Smith Farms grow from that little stand to two store locations, one in Cullman and another in Heflin, Alabama, where we still sell delicious vegetables and meats, as well as a full line of sauces, jellies and jams, dressings, dips, salsa and more, all the way through unique products like our chocolate gravy mix and full range of fudge flavors.
