Josh grew up in Cape Coral, graduated from Cape Coral High School in 1989 and left for Tallahassee, attending Florida State University from 1989-1994. While in college, in addition to earning a BS in finance, Josh learned important lessons in communicating effectively as a top sales person and manager with the Southwestern company from 1993-1995. Josh further honed his communication skills as well as learned the importance of customer service as one of the youngest managers for Outback Steakhouse from 1995-1999. Josh became a licensed Realtor in 1999. His education, sales experience, “homegrown” knowledge of the local market, and commitment to customer service helped him to quickly distinguish himself as a top producing Real Estate Professional. Josh furthered his Real Estate education in 2004, and became a Real Estate Broker. Since becoming a Realtor in 1999, Josh has sold more than 800 properties totaling more than $100,000,000 million in residential sales. Josh has sales experience in nearly every area of Lee and Collier County as he has sold property in over 250 different communities.
