Everything about being photographed by Bethany is brilliant. She is wildly talented at capturing people's inner light and she, herself is sparkling with energy. I've had the pleasure of working with her three times and counting. You those moments when you look at a photograph and gasp; feeling palpable joy radiated from the people in the picture? Then you realize that the person in the picture is you and you're filled with joy all over again. I work with Bethany over and over again because the feeling never gets old and she delivers every time!

I fell in love with Bethany and her style upon our first meeting; that smile and her passion for this work illuminates the room she walks into! I felt honored when she wanted to know about me on a person level before we started, and I respected her when she used it to the cameras advantage during our time together. She spoke about her work with such enthusiasm and vocation that I was inspired just standing next to her! I enjoyed being in the company of an artist of mutual eagerness and love for life’s work as she was, all while capturing moments of mine in time. I was most amazed with Bethany’s work when I saw the photo shoot come to physical life in my portfolio. She has illuminated my spirit, captured my strength, and discovered my true smile (which I have never had photographed in my life)! I find myself in a state of gratefulness and awe as I get to have these beautiful captured moments of my life forever. Over this past summer, we had family portraits done. It was important to me to choose the right photographer. One that would capture the personalities and beauty of my family. We choose the wonderful photographer Bethany O’Conner. Bethany did an amazing job ‘capturing our inner light’. She has a great, easy going personality and loved working with our girls. The way her pictures turned out made them a joy to purchase. She was extremely accommodating and chose the perfect location to take the pictures emphasizing that the location was merely just a backdrop to highlight “us.” . The whole session took only about an hour. When I met with Bethany the following week I was bursting at the seams! Each picture was better than the next. Her price range was fair and she worked with us emphasizing the discounts available with ordering in bulk. Out of that one sitting I was able to use her prints on a wall in my family room, both my office and my husbands, a professional headshot for my business, a Holiday card and presents for both sets of grandparents!!
