We recently had XpertRoofing do a complete replacement of our roof due to hail damage. Their quote was very competitive with others I received. The work was done in early December 2014 and was done within the 4 -5 days forecasted, given the weather conditions in SE Michigan. The construction crew was very courteous and got right on the job and worked completely throughout the day. Clean-up during the tear-off and installation was continuous and very little was found after they completed the job. It was a pleasure to work with them. Only one instance of wind blowing off 5 ridge shingles and the repair work was completed within 24 hours. Due to the cold weather, the shingles had not yet bonded to the roof vent was the cause. I would strongly recommend them and many of our neighbors have said the same.

Great company! The owner, Joe, is actively involved with entire process from bid to completion. We thoroughly reviewed the competition and interviewed several contractors. Joe's references were impeccable! If you are looking for a cheap job, shoddy work, and undependable workmen Xpert is definitely not the right choice!!! xpert roofing has been in business over 40 years and is the preference of other contractors building upscale homes. Of special note are his worker colleagues .... their attention to detail is best of class, plus they were very tidy at the end of the day in removal of old shingles and scrap pieces.
