My husband and I spoke with Tom and he came out the next day to speak with us regarding our foundation problems. We had recently used a company who we thought knew what they were doing. The price they quoted was around $125.00 a pier... Which was a great price we thought, until we realized 6 months later after the fact that we still have the same issue. And now Ruben will not come back out and make good on his BS warranty. As Thomas explained to us you have to have the knowledge and experience necessary to correctly repair foundations right the first time. Now we are learning the hard way! We were given a free complete graph drawing about why our home was doing what it is doing and the CORRECT way to repair it. BUYERS BEWARE! When it comes to foundation repairs you get what you pay for, period! Now we have to pay again to have the cheap piers removed and replaced correctly. Lesson learned the hard way!

I called Extreme foundation last week and they were able to see me within two days. Everyone else I had called was either a broker company or could not come and see my problem for two weeks. I made a mistake of using a lead source company which was merely a lead source as opposed to an actual foundation contractor (a total nightmare!). I call extreme foundation and was pleasantly surprised (I was very uneasy from my previous experience). I met with Thomas the owner who assured me that they would take good care of my job, which they did. They were cheaper then two big named companies who would not even return my call when I had questions about my job. I had questions because it was my money I was spending, and they didn't even seem to care. My experience with extreme foundation was a good one. This is a good company, give them a call.

What a great company! I placed an after-hours call to Extreme Foundation last week. Thomas came out the next day for a free service call. Thankfully we did not need foundation repair. He was kind enough to evaluate another issue we had. He advised us on how to do the work ourselves...saving us tons of money. We will certainly be recommending this company to friends and family.
