Personal. Private. Fitness. Our unique consultative studio environment fuses the science and technology of fitness with hard work and results. Expect an elevated, private fitness experience. Our unique consultative studio environment fuses the science and technology of fitness with hard work and results. We drive success in health and fitness through three personal training programs. Appreciated for Privacy. Respected for Service. Known for Results. For discerning clients who value privacy in the fitness space, Privato offers a consultative studio environment that provides accountability and personalization to each client. Unlike traditional gyms, clubs or trainers focused on mere exercise, Privato fitness is inspired by relationships, rooted in personal results and dedicated to service excellence. THE SIX PROMISES OF PRIVATO: Privato is Italian for “Private” and fuses the science and technology of fitness with the hard work and enduring values of the Italian culture. We strive each day to deliver on these six promises to our clients. ACCOUNTABILITY The biggest differentiator in your success is an accountable relationship with your Fitness Consultant – someone there to keep you motivated, help you overcome obstacles and achieve your goals. RESPECT From private training suites to individualized programs for all age and fitness levels, our Consultative Studio Environment is perfect for those who value their privacy as much as they value their health. TECHNOLOGY App-driven technology across our fitness programs allows you to track progress towards your goals, plan your fitness and diet routines, and measure the effectiveness of our time together. RESULTS Driven by results and hard work, not fads, diets, or mere exercise, each program is personalized to generate real impact based on the goals we set together. EXCELLENCE Degreed, certified and extensively trained Fitness Consultants don’t “take you through a workout”, instead they specialize in service, program design and the science behind achieving fitness results. VALUE Price does not equal value. Relationships and results do. With a focus on both, Privato creates personal success in health and fitness.
