My last office visit on Friday, June 10, 2016, was scheduled with Dr. Rao and which was my first introduction to him and the staff that assisted him which I found to be very caring, thorough and professional. I am looking forward to further treatment with Dr. Rao who was referred by Dr. Bafna. Although I was not scheduled to see Dr. Bafna on this past visit, I was again impressed with his staff and technicians at Cleveland Eye Clinic, Brecksville Office, and especially the two ladies at the front desk, Ms. Laurie Roetzel and Ms Karen Roberts. They were well informed, caring and courteous which made me feel comfortable and confident during my conversation with them regarding certain concerns that needed to be addressed moving forward with my future care by Dr. Bafna and the Cleveland Eye Clinic personnel in general.
