BUYER BEWARE!! Please read below if considering this pool company. We approached Anthony Sylvan pools along with other pool builders to build a fiberglass pool. Anthony and Sylvan pools salesman started by telling us they had vast experience in the fiberglass pool business and that they take care of all issues including permits finding your boundaries etc. Problem one started when they installed my fiberglass pool and it was 3 inches off level. They attempted To try to talk their way out of this serious problem with the installation of the pool. They insulted our intelligence by telling us it was just a trick on our eyes an optical illusion etc. Eventually they had to own up to their mistake and when their head of contracting was Al he stated to me that this is only the third fiberglass pool they had done! That was a problem number one. But 0h It gets way worse, they claim they find our boundary line for the property and flash forward years later The neighbor does a survey and finds our pool to be 15 feet onto their property. We approach Anthony Sylvan with absolutely no response in a year to this problem. We have to resort at this point to get a lawyer and Anthony Sylvan claims zero responsibility!!! that they put our pool on the neighbors property. So in essence we were lied to by the salesman Anthony and Sylvan didn’t own up to their mistake furthermore drug us through court only to win the case based on a tiny little clause in their contract stating we signed off on the pool location even though it’s where they told us to put the pool. This is a company that cares not about the customer but just their bottom line.I regret tremendously ever using this company as not only did they mess up my pool but then couldn’t own up to their mistakes. I can’t say enough if you are considering a pool please look into other pool builders as I have heard multiple instances of Anthony and Sylvan messing up peoples pool . I can’t say enough beware of this company and save yourself from what I’ve had to go through there are many other very good pool builders to choose from. Honestly I would rate them a 0 star if possible
