My brother Kevin and I own some property in Newcomb, NY. We are thinking of logging it. We asked Alex to review the property with us. He provided us with a topographical view of the property as we walked it (44 acres). He explained what he would and would not cut and why. He explained how the proceeds from the cutting would be distributed. My brother and I are planning on dividing the land. Alex made some suggestions and how the land might be divided and a ruff road cut. He also explained some of the town ordinances that apply to our situation.
