So Heavenly Ice Cream

My children and I lived in California for many years before moving back to Utah. One of the things the kids (and of course myself) missed the most was the ice cream truck. After arriving in Utah, we heard the bells only 3 times in 5 years, and 2 of those times it was moving so fast, we never caught it. A wonderful, and cheap, summertime ritual had been taken from my children.
