THIS COMPANY IS NOT REPUTABLE AND YOU SHOULD STEER CLEAR OF THEM COMPLETELY!!!! We hired Sunny & Funny Pools in February of 2015 to completely restore a very old broken down pool. We contracted with them for a price of $7,500. They completed the job and we filled the pool. We immediately noticed leaking around where the tile and the gunite met on the back side of the pool. Hugo Almanza, OWNER, came to look at it and said it wasn't a problem, that it wasn't leaking significantly and that it needed to cure. Fast forward to about a week ago. The pool began losing water. Lots of water. Inches in a matter of hours. We have contacted the company every way possible and they refuse to respond to us in any way. We paid Hugo Almanza $7,500 in CASH and he, nor his company will return our calls, texts, or emails to please come check and repair the pool leaks. THIS COMPANY IS NOT REPUTABLE AND YOU SHOULD STEER CLEAR OF THEM COMPLETELY!!!! WE HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AND OTHERS WHO WE HOPE CAN RESOLVE OUR PROBLEMS.
