Easton Sawyer Framing and Structural Carpentry, LLC were among several firms we received bids for residential construction work. Like any other product or service, you don't always select the lowest bid, but take into account several factors (the overall package). Here, not only was the bid competitive, but we immediately felt comfortable with the way the service to be done was explained and the flexibility shown to meet our needs. Easton Sawyer far exceeded expectations throughout the process. They not only accommodated a few minor adjustments along the way, they sought our input on details and also discussed with us some ideas we had that actually may not have had good outcomes. By going through the options and the potential final outcomes, we came up with design plans and results that were more practical, purposeful, and attractive. Throughout, we enjoyed complete two-way discussion and understanding and every effort was made to meet our needs. The comfort level we had throughout the process, and no "surprises" throughout, resulted in a home that far exceeded our expectations. Finally attention to detail and striving for perfection in finished work and customer satisfaction resulted in a retirement home that we consider an amazing "showplace" for quality materials, fit and finish workmanship.
