Horrible experience in your store today. I was there a total of 5 times today because of repeated errors made by your staff. As a first time customer and family member of MMJ caretakers, I am deeply upset with the business model of "Mr Nice Guys"... Ironic Worst sales experience ever. The salesperson sold me the wrong sized nail, then I was forced to buy a more expensive nail because of their zero returns/exchanges policy. Then get this, the nail was way too big for my dome. I go in for literally the fifth time today and I am told that I could have saved money on a cheaper nail that would have worked, but now I must buy a new dome or (another) new nail. This store will make mistakes on your orders, break their own policies for their own benefit, and refuse to correct it's errors. I hope I can be contacted by a store manager. I will leave another review on how this situation is handled in the future.
