Do not use this contractor! He is not licensed. We hired him to do a large renovation on the exterior of our house, new roof, siding, deck and front porch. When we hired him we asked if he would get the necessary permits and he said no problem. Well, considering he isn't licensed (which he stated that he was appropriately licensed for his trade) it is not possible for him to get permits. Needless to say, he didn't get permits and the city shut us down. Thankfully so, the work was so poor on the deck and porch we had to tear it down because it was completely unsafe. We were awarded a large settlement from the courts but probably won't see a dime!
