VoIP Phones | VoIP Phone Service | Business Phone Systems We'll help you find the perfect solution and save you money! America's Phone Guys Sells and Services: • VoIP Phone Service • VoIP Telephones • Hybrid IP Phone Systems • Traditional Phone Systems We offer: • Local support • Dedication to offering the best customer service in the industry • INTEGRITY • Certified Technicians • Guaranteed Response Times • Service levels from Do-It-Yourself through White Glove • No surprise invoices • Satisfaction Guaranteed! Don't be FOOLED by VoIP Providers pretending to be local! America's Phone Guys have been here in the Portland Area since 2001. We are here to help as much or as little as you need and all at the same or better pricing than the big guys. You know, the ones who just take your $ and CAN'T come to your office to help when you need it most! We sell Business VoIP Phone Service and three primary types of phone systems: Traditional Digital PBX, Premise-Based VoIP Phone Systems & Cloud Based or Hosted Phones. You can check out the "What Phones Do You Need?" tab on our web site to get an idea of which will work best for you. We started out selling analog and digital phone equipment as well as doing low-voltage cabling. We evolved to mostly VoIP hosted phones and cloud phone service, but we do still sell digital systems and hybrid IP telephone systems as VoIP isn't a fit for everyone. We are more than happy to help you determine which is the best fit for your business. VoIP offers flexibility and some fantastic features but, everyone doesn't usually need them all. We don't want you to pay for features you won't use. The advantages to VoIP are things like saving money on your phone bill, being able to easily redirect your calls in the event of an Internet or power outage, having more control of your telecommunications. America’s Phone Guys mission is to provide technology solutions with INTEGRITY. We strive to provide top-notch customer service that will make us a leader in the industry. If you ever find our customer service lacking, please let us know. We want to be the example of what excellent customer service should be and are always looking at how to improve. We are family owned & operated here in the Portland and Vancouver areas. Our main focus at America’s Phone Guys is to provide the best value possible with fair prices and excellent service. Our staff is always willing to look for a solution to any and all of your business communication needs. If we can’t work on your particular phone system, we will do our best to find you someone who can.
