Terrible staff, rude and uncaring management. I had the misfortune of dealing with the general manager, Trent Vandersloot. He yelled at me, calling me a liar, and was very aggressive. I felt violated when he told me that he had looked up my facebook page. As a young woman, I found it highly inappropriate and a terrible experience having an older man yell offensive and hurtful things at me.
