I'm grateful for the work I've done with Teri's services. Her therapy and gentle exercise practice has helped me to get back to swimming, after years of dealing with injuries and trauma from accidents and an early life of competitive swimming. I've worked and trained with her for over 3 years on and off, it continues to help me function better on many levels. I feel great and can swim 3 times a week now! I notice my work and home life is much more harmonious too, since my pain is gone and I can maintain my swimming practice!
