We just had a great experience! We accidentally locked ourselves out of our apartment when we went to take our dog for a walk (never a good thing), but Adam from Express Lockamith let us back in our place very quickly. Dispatch told us it would be about 20 minutes before someone would be here, but Adam was here in 10. It didn't even take him a moment to get us back in our place. He was very friendly and made sure to ask to see ID to make sure it was our apartment and to check to make sure that our keys worked properly in the lock afterwards too. We couldn't have asked for better service!
