Dean and Susie Pollard started Centsible Heating & Air Conditioning in 2005 and have built the business on experience and referrals. Dean has worked in the heating and air conditioning industry for more than a quarter-century installing Carrier products and Susan has been an accountant/manager in the construction industry for that long as well. Their son Brandon has been an installer for the company since 2006. Dean spent his first 20 years in the business as an installer/service tech for a very reputable company in Illinois and quickly became one of the best installers in the area in terms of his precise sheet metal work and his quick and clean installations. Dean has been installing Carrier products since he started and believes that they produce the most efficient and dependable equipment in the industry. However, Centsible does service all brands of heating and air conditioning equipment as well as water heaters and generators.
