Very disappointing. Steve at Carid told me item would ship Friday. It did not ship until following Tuesday. Customer service was poor. The jeep grill shown in picture on website was gloss black and customer rep confirmed. Grill received was matte black. I had the grill professionally painted with 2 coats primer 4 coats gloss black paint, but still had a rough uneven, orange peel appearance. Waste of money! Will never purchase from carid again. Carid has not responded to my concerns.
