I recently had reason to think my small 10 month old freezer had stopped running, so I contacted Hans Kurz and he came by. I was pretty sure it was a total loss, but Hans recognized that it had probably stopped running during an electricity spike, and that it needed about half an hour unplugged before it would turn on again. I had never heard of that, so had unplugged it and then plugged it back in immediately. He was very articulate about explaining the how and why. So I highly recommend him!!
