We called this guy because the lower oven of our double oven stopped working.. He came to our house told us we needed a new control board for our oven and one other part he needed to order.  He had brought a "used"  control board with him incase that was the problem. He charged us $400 for the used one vs the new one for 800 took our old one and "ordered" the other part..  The oven is worse then it was before now not only does the lower oven not work the top oven is 100 degrees to low.  He will not return any calls.  And I've seen a lot of reviews online that he screens phone calls to avoid customers..  So now we are out $400 and have an oven in worse shape then it was before he came..  I would give negative stars if I could..  This guy sucks do your self a favor and find someone else to service your appliances so you don't end up having to goto small claims court with him too...
