A grease fire in the kitchen got out of control and before I knew it the fire had spread to other parts of the house. I’m so grateful that the fire department came quickly and they got the blaze under control. They told me that they could do nothing as far as the water damage was concerned, and I would need to get a contractor. I called AZ Flood Squad and they sent out a crew to clean up the damage. The water came from the fire hoses and unfortunately I not only had moisture but burnt material embedded in my carpet. The guys from AZ Flood Squad acted as if they had dealt with this before. They got all the moisture out of the carpeting including the charred debris. The foreman told me that there may be residual chemicals in the carpeting and that AZ Flood Squad was going to use some cleaning fluid especially made to neutralize that. Any questions I had were quickly answered and everyone seemed to be concerned about how I felt. When the job was done I was told that AZ Flood Squad would provide whatever was needed to help me process a home insurance claim on the carpeting. It wasn’t just the professional service I also like the way I was treated. AZ Flood Squad seemed very concerned about my feelings and wanted to help me. I think these guys are just fantastic and I strongly recommend AZ Flood Squad for all of their work. They did a wonderful job.
