If I could give them NO stars I would. I had a nice fat tip ready for the movers and instead I have to use it to repair furniture! Bridgetown Moving & Storage damaged several pieces of my furniture in my move last week. I have tried to call, email, facebook and tweet them, but without luck. I was told by the movers that someone would be calling me, but that did not happen. The movers were very nonchalant about the damage to my very expensive antique piano that has been in my family for 125 years, saying "that's what insurance is for". They were also casual about the damage to a new table that we recently built from a wine barrel. There are other issues and damage as well that need to be remedied. The movers were careless, but I paid for the service because it was the right thing to do (~$650). With how many great online reviews they have, you'd think Bridgetown Moving and Storage would put a little more effort into customer service and making this right. (They were great at customer service prior to the move.) Be cautious! Be warned!
