We utilize annual strategic planning to assure we have the appropriate resources to continually exceed the needs of our growing customer base. We employ DFMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) as our framework of procedures and techniques to develop products for various industries.
