I have a history of losing keys. There were just too many of them and I figured that a master key system would be my best option. I surfed the web and landed on https://www.Tacoma.Community-Locksmith-Store.com. It was evident from the reviews they had that they were good at setting up master key systems and so I called them. The technician, Gary I think his name was, arrived within twenty minutes. He took a look at my locks and started quizzing me as to why I needed the system. After careful consideration, he advised me against it. His argument was this: what if I end up losing the master key itself? Or worse, what if it fell into the wrong hands? I was stumped. I really thought I had the solution to my problems, but turns out, I didn’t. Gary recommended that I install a keypad lock instead. This way, I get to set a memorable code and never have to worry about where I’d kept my keys. Thanks a million for the suggestions and the new lock! If I hadn’t hired Community Locksmith Store, who knows how much money I’d have wasted on something completely unnecessary. I owe it you guys! The BEST in Tacoma! Will definitely hire again!!!

AMAZING JOB! There were over 20 locks in the entire building but their teamwork paid off. All the locks were rekeyed in less than two hours. I doubt any other locksmith in Tacoma, WA could work as efficiently and quickly as those from Community Locksmith Store did. I owe it to them. What’s more, I even got a good discount after one of the technicians suggested that I redeem a coupon found on their site https://www.Tacoma.Community-Locksmith-Store.com. Customer service can’t get better than this! 100% satisfied. Highly recommend…

Community Locksmith Store were so great with my finicky front door lock. Paul was on the phone for at least 30 min asking me questions and getting me to try a bunch of different things in order to avoid a service call. Mike was very prompt, efficient, and courteous. Cost was very reasonable. I highly, highly recommend them!
