As the company name implies we come to your location wherever that might be and make factory quality hose assemblies to replace the damaged ones, ranging in size from ¼”-1” in diameter and any length required. We also repair existing hoses in the diameters above if in good condition. All of our work and parts are guaranteed, with the exception of splices (attaching a new fitting to your used hose). We do not provide removal or installation services, the hose assembly has to be out of the equipment. Occasionally, if both ends are exposed, easily accessible and no other components have to be removed to gain access; we will consider removing and installing. It would be left to the discretion of the Technician whether to proceed or not. In those situations the labor rate is slightly higher, but not by much. Hydraulic hose failure usually happens at the most inopportune time and in the most inopportune places. The result is costly downtime and delayed production. The money comes out of your pocket as fast as the hydraulic fluid comes out of the ruptured hose.
