I wasn’t sure what lock I needed, a friend suggested going the old-fashioned way and using a padlock, whereas a neighbor recommended getting a deadbolt installed. There were also a few other suggestions thrown my way. The multitude of options only ended up confusing me. Thanks to Super Locksmith Services for clearing my dilemma up. John carried out a full assessment, asked me a couple of questions, and suggested that I go in for a keyless lock. I had a history of losing keys, and he figured this would work best. I couldn’t agree with him more! He fitted a brand new lock in no time, showed me a demo and doled out tips on getting the best out of it. Such comprehensive service packed into an affordable package!!! They’re no doubt the best in Tacoma, WA. Wow, just wow. Had to update this - a couple nights after Mike fixed the cylinder lock, I had trouble getting in (turns out my door and inside lock needed to be replaced). I called Mike to see if he could assist. I was eventually able to get myself in, but Mike still insisted on coming by to see if there was any further adjustments he could make. He eventually replaced the entire inside lock with a spare (which he didnt' have to do), made some adjustments to how the lock hits my door frame and didn't charge me anything for his time in doing this. Let me stress that Mike had already fixed the cylinder lock the first time; this extra work was his awesome and generous service in full effect. I cannot remember the last time I had service this great. Super Locksmith Services is the BEST Locksmith Company in Tacoma, WA!!!!

Thank you, Jason! After months of no results for my coop management office fixing my faulty street-level front door lock, I called Super Locksmith Services. Jason asked quiet, specific questions including asking for photos, then asked if I could wait two days so he could send a problem solver. End of questions, Super Locksmith Services had expert solutions. Jason, unhurried, figured out the problem, explained it, resolved it even though it wasn't easy.
