Mel did a wonderful job sprucing up my resume after a career break. She gave it a modern format and a fresh approach, highlighting my skills and abilities in a much more powerful way than I had done before. She asked intelligent questions to suss out the highlights and accomplishments I had achieved in my positions, whereas before I had more of a list of functions and skills, and gave it a sleek modern look.
