I don't typically come on here to give any bad reviews as I understand that in this economy we should be uplifting small businesses. However after the lack of customer service I felt it necessary to post a comment. We built an inground pool back in September of last year and after the winter and waiting for the land to settle, we started searching for quotes for pavers. We were recommended to Jaime @jm American Construction Corp by a good friend and decided to hire him back in December. Jaime and I agreed that he would come and start work on March 15th and I had to coordinate with the pool company to open the pool for them. Fast fwd to the 14th I text to confirm that he will be here and he text me saying he may not come until the 29th because he got delayed but another job. I understood and agreed for the following week. On the 28th I call him to confirm and he is very rude to me telling me he's busy and he wasn't waiting for my job "to eat" as he said it. I told him there was no need for him to speak to me like that and to let me know when he would be able to start work. Well it is now April 10th and I never heard back from him. He completely wasted our time and now I find myself in need of a new company who would be able to complete the pavers.
