I would take EXTREME CAUTION before allowing them to take possession of insuring your vehicle. They contract roadside assistance companies that will significantly damage your vehicle (Agero Roadside Assistance), turn a blind eye and blatantly lie to cover up their faults, particularly Jerry Diecidue, Agero's Supervising Damage Team. Here, Jerry Diecidue will exhaust all efforts to low ball damages, hire independent adjusters to give him the quote that he desires, and clearly refuses to pay out damages in clear violation of California Law. Rest assured, upon posting this, you will see any and every excuse they can find to avoid culpability... "Take Extreme Caution..."
