If there was such a thing as “Zero” stars, that what I would be rating this towing company. Let’s just say that I called my insurance company exactly 3:50 hours ago and have been at the shop my car was supposed to be coming to and the driver is yet to arrive with my car. I’ve been sitting at the shop for well over an hour and the story I got when I called the dispatcher was that the “Guy” was catching up on paperwork for his previous jobs, so he was still 30-35 minutes away!!!! Seriously? I now have No-Car and have to leave the car here overnight. That is, if my car ever shows up! I would absolutely recommend that you call any other towing company in Miami that’s NOT this one!!! Update: Dispatcher was lying the entire time by telling me it was the drivers fault when they ended up sending him off to do yet another pick-up and drop off all the while my car was on their flat bead touring West Miami and Kendall. The driver got to the shop 5 minutes prior to it closing bringing this saga to end after a “Whopping” 4 hours and 17 minutes from the initial call. These people are nothing but a bunch of dis-considerate you know what’s that care “Zero” about the customer. I would highly recommend staying as far away as possible from this company and would be highly “Suspicious” of any “5” Star reviews this company can have. They are likely from family members or employees. There’s not a shot in the world that they can go from the “Horrific Experience” I had today to “5” Stars. NEGATIVE
