Phelps County Bank - Havener Center When you are trying to make a decision to use the services of any business, you would like to believe that you could work directly with the owners. When you select PCB you will always be working directly with an owner because PCB is 100% owned by the employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). An ESOP is a qualified retirement plan where each employee participates in the ownership of stock in the company.
