Seemed like a decent unit at first but the staff and owner turn out to be lacking common sense and business etiquette. I don't prefer to visit storage units frequently, I would rather visit less often and be there longer when I'm there and this is problematic for them apparently. Well it's a 24/7 facility that has no restrictions on the amount of time you can spend at the unit they called the cops on us the first time without saying so much the word to us. The officer looked into the situation and proceeded to go get us some water (thank you sir very kind gesture) after noticing there was nothing wrong. Since then the staff made a comment about other customers complaints of us but had no actual complaints they could tell us when we inquired. There was mention of previous customers using the restroom in their units and this was the only complaint that could be given to me when I asked the owner the final time. I was told that other customers complained we look to be living there and going to the bathroom in the unit. That conversation took place right in front of the unit that was wide open so one could see if the bathroom had been used in there or smell but instead of looking into the situation they simply tell us that we are going to be restricted to business hours and tell us that we need to leave. This event takes place only a few hours after making a new payment for a month. Once again looking into things we're giving no legitimate reasons for being told to leave or restricting our access simply told it's a storage unit not a hangout unit. That statement confuses me as I've seen people working on vehicles out of their units and others with furniture inside and out. Sum of my experience here: it's a great place to store your things if you would like to be interrupted while handling your business treated rudely by immature staff and confronted with irrational behavior.
