It’s easy for me to say that Scotty Mack is by far the most thorough, trustworthy, professional, dedicated, and skillful home inspector I’ll ever meet. And here is why… It’s not often that one finds themselves purchasing a home. A pivotal part — so I learned — in the home buying process is the home inspection. Being that I was a first time home buyer I had no real baseline which to measure a bad home inspector from a good one. Throughout the process I have made several judgements as to where the bar may be set. I don’t feel I’ll ever have the chance to meet any home inspector who would be better because Scotty has set that bar so high. I live several hours from the home I intended to purchase. It was a tad bit frustrating — but still manageable — to commute to the home for all the home buying procedures that required the purchaser’s presence. By the end of the inspection Scotty had done an extremely thorough job. To include pictures of nearly everything within the home. The confidential report which he grants upon completion is very detailed. I even showed this report to a friend who worked in reality for 10 years and he couldn’t help but comment on the detail in which Scotty composed the report. I will more than likely never find a more trustworthy home inspector. When it comes to large investments like a home it is imperative to have someone you can trust.
