We called two days ago about a broken pipe, John came over and gave us a quote, cut our valve for whatever reason, told us he’d be back the following day to finish and resolve our issue. Never came back, never heard from him, we text him trying to see if he was still coming, finally got a text back 4 hours later told us he can’t make it and he’d be back today, it’s now 3:30, haven’t heard from him all day, called him again and he again said he couldn’t come today, he’d be here tomorrow. John did more damage than fixed what he said he would. My fiancé called him today and John had nothing but rude things to say, had a ton of excuses and stared cussing and using vulgar language. That’s unacceptable and very unprofessional. We found him on Angies list and will be posting this review there as well and letting family and friends and members of Facebook know what he did and what he didn’t do. Learn some respect and finish the job you started. Don’t use this business, don’t waste your time.
