Please do not take your car to this place! Believe all of the reviews that are listed under this business. They are ABSOLUTELY true!!!! My experience was HORRIBLE. I was referred to this place by a friend that said I could get my truck's engine rebuilt and I would be satisfied. That was SO NOT TRUE!!! I took my Dodge Ram to this location around July/August. I spoke with Steve the owner and he and I discussed that the engine needed to be rebuilt on my truck. He stated that he could fix it and gave me the total cost of everything. I agreed and left my truck hoping that it would be fixed within a couple of weeks. I gave him a credit card for the downpayment of the parts. When I called within a few weeks my truck was still not touched and it hadn't been moved. When I asked Steve about the progress, he got very defensive and was rude and obnoxious in his responses. I continued to wait on my truck to be repaired as time went on and now its October/November. The excuse was that the parts was delayed and people was out sick and there was holidays. During any of those time I didnt receive a phone call to let me know of the progress of the parts/labor on my truck. And every time we talked, Steve would say "Oh it will be ready next week". On another time of me calling to check on the status of the truck, Steve stated a whole new cost for the truck to be repaired. This time he didn't accept credit cards due to his machine being down (which I don't believe) so I ended up taking him a check for a whole new amount. Before Thanksgiving, I checked with Steve and he assured me that the truck would be ready after Thanksgiving. To be exact he said Monday. (I didn't believe that either, but I went ahead with what he said) In all the times that I have talked to Steve on the phone or in person he has been VERY HOSTILE AND AGGRESSIVE. He never wanted to talk calmly, it was always rude and VIOLENT! After Thanksgiving of course there was no truck repaired, so I stopped back by there again two weeks before Christmas to get the status. I recorded Steve typing and calculating numbers that he is obviously making up to print out a new payment invoice for my truck. He insisted that he knew nothing about the truck needed an engine rebuilt. I explained to Steve (while he decided to light up a cigarette and blow the smoke and cough everywhere) that me bringing the truck to him to get a new engine was the main reason why it was there. He raised his voiced and yelled that he was unaware. He then shouted that the price was going up due to more parts being needed. He printed out some invoice and wrote numbers on it. I explained to him that this was not the amount that we agreed upon. He shouted it was and he blew smoke in the air as he stated that. I have recorded him saying that I would have my truck on that following Monday. Monday came and went and there was no truck being repaired. I rode by there several times and my truck was still in the same spot that it was in when I first took it there. I consulted with my lawyer and he advised me to write up a demand letter to get my truck back since it was not going to be repaired anytime soon. I waited until the New Year, and I drew up a letter on my business letterhead and sent several copies to Steve. (email, in person: when I tried to drop it off, he was obviously hiding trying to avoid me so I gave it to a worker there, and certified mail) A week had passed and Steve called me and told me that my truck would be ready. He stated that he got my letter but he wanted me to know that the truck would be ready in a couple of days. So when Steve called and told me my truck was ready, I went to pick up my truck. When I got there of course Hostile Steve was back at it again. He INSISTED that I pay more money than what we agreed upon to get my truck back. I felt bullied and held hostage to the point where I wanted to just pay whatever so I could leave. He yelled and talked to the person that referred me to him as if he was paying for the truck. He wanted me to sign a warranty, but I refused to. This was just a HORRIBLE experience! In the end my truck doesn't run right but I will deal with it. I am just glad to have my truck back in my possession. Just be aware of what you are getting into when you take your vehicle to this shop. You will be OVER CHARGED, YELLED AT AND YOUR VEHICLE WILL STAY HERE LONGER THAN YOU WANT IT TO!! Just AVOID this business PERIOD!!!!! -GM
