We provide Employee Financial Wellness programs to corporations. Help your employees maintain financial peace of mind with SimpleFi. SimpleFi's founders believe helping employees with their personal financial problems creates value for both their employer and creates the social good of alleviating personal financial distress. Our venture was inspired by the Navy-Marine Corp Relief Society's financial assistance program. The NMCRS has helped Marines with their personal financial hardships and is a proven program to resolve productivity problems caused by personal financial distress. We seek to provide that same financial assistance for the private sector, where financially distressed employees can hurt the bottom line through reduced retention and loss of productivity. We partner with employers to help them achieve a financially healthier work force. Our role is to fully administer the financial literacy education and fund the financial assistance program. Employers in turn provide our financial assistance program as an employee benefit and give us feedback to help us tailor the program for their workforce. Our dream is to make finance fair, and hope our partner employers embrace our mission as they reap the benefits of a financially healthier and happier work force.
