Do not use Cruz Onsurez!!!!! I received a quote and decided to have him do the work. It was for a new box. Apparently his guys didn't know a lot of the rules. As they had to come out and fix a lot before the power was turned on. Things include in this include the height where the wires come in to the house, and the type of connectors used (indoor not outdoor). They also used a used breaker. They cut the main wires, which resulted in a $248.21 penalty fee, which he refuses to pay. Once the power was turned on, the majority of the house still didn't have power, due to the fact they didn't hook up all the wires. He claims this should have been an additional $400, but I stated, it was part of the original quote. They also didn't hook up other wires, which no one told me about until I questioned about it. When I contacted him about paying the penalty fee, he was childish and blocked my number. So a quick rundown: -Wrong parts were used -Used parts were used -Code wasn't followed -They cut wires without notifying the power company, who owns the lines, resulting in a fee -They failed to hook up wires -When contacted, he blocked my number. Which is very childish and not the way to run a business.
