Horrible company who will abandon you on the day of your move. We scheduled a move with them 3 weeks in advance for a Saturday move. We provided an estimate of the type of items we needed to be moved and agreed on a rate for $75 an hour for a 17 ft truck and 2 movers. On the day of the move, they arrived on time and did a walkthrough of the place. They immediately started complaining that the truck wasn't big enough and that there was too much stuff in the house to fit. We explained to them that all the furniture in the home wasn't being moved, and did a 2nd walkthrough with them so they understand what pieces would be going and what would be staying. We also explained that we mentioned all of this when we booked so we couldn't understand why it was now a problem. They still insisted that they would need a bigger truck. Okay, fine. They departed our home to supposedly retrieve another truck and then an hour later TEXTED us and told us they weren't coming back and to "get another company". They could not have been more rude and we were stuck last minute trying to find another moving company AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!
