It took two weeks for the cheap lock I purchased at the hardware store to show it’s real worth – it had started jamming occasionally. Before it ended up locking me out, I called Estate Locksmith Store. I’ve heard a lot about the quality products and services they offer in Reston, VA, read the information provided in their site https://www.Reston.Estate-Locksmith-Store.com and figured they’d be my best bet. Sure enough, I had a brand new Schlage lock installed at a reasonable price, a genuine one as opposed to the counterfeit I had bought at the hardware store. Thanks! Will hire them again!

Fantastic Locksmith service. We needed to rekey our locks after moving. Apparently hardware stores will do this - if you bring the locks in! It was never made clear to me how that's supposed to work - one guy actually said, "Uh, maybe someone stands by the door at home." So anyway, I asked one store if they could refer a company who does onsite service. They did, and I got a quote for about $350. Estate Locksmith Store - who I found on here - was able to do it for half that. They were helpful, patient, and clear. Paul was the guy I arranged things with, and James actually did the work that day. It was simple, easy, quick, and affordable.

I don't normally write reviews but I was so impressed by the service I figured I had to share. Found Estate Locksmith Store online because of their rave reviews, loved that they displayed prices online, and after writing then about setting up an appointment, Jerry replied almost immediately and we set up an appointment for the next day. Jerry showed up on time actually 3 min early and went to work. Apparently my door has some issues because it is crooked but Jerry made it work and reassured me that it was still super safe. Price was exactly what was displayed online so there were no surprises. I would 100% recommend them to anyone, Estate Locksmith Store are the BEST in Reston, VA !!!! - if you need a locksmith now you will know who to call.
