The key fob wouldn’t work and I couldn’t figure out why. I might’ve dropped it a couple of times, and I believed that it had finally started to show. I enquired in a couple of places in Bensenville and almost everyone told me that I needed a replacement – all except for Galaxy Locksmith Store. Kevin agreed to come have a look at the fob and attempt to fix it, which he did. It barely took him 5 minutes to fix the loose wiring and get it working again. I made it quite clear that I couldn’t schedule another date if they missed this appointment. I was leaving for town the next morning and before I left, I needed a new lock on my front door. However, the locksmith didn’t show up. Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Galaxy Locksmith Store to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are!
