Turns out, I’ve been living under a false sense of security all these years. The consultation came in free and I was charged nominally for the upgrades and repairs. Amazing! Henrry set me up with a new lock when I needed it most: Top lock stuck and main lock falling apart, and the super was supposed to have it fixed today, but never showed.
