I guess I should’ve known better than tele-shop for a lock. Swayed by the flashy advert shown on the TV, I instantly ordered the new-age smart lock. Well, a week later, the ‘new-age smart lock’ I’d spent hundreds of bucks on locked me out of my own property. I thoroughly regretted my decision. It was obviously a fake, a view that was seconded by David from Royal Locksmith Store. He gave me a good price on the authentic version of the lock and it’s been working without a hitch for a few months now. I highly recommend getting your products from Royal Locksmith Store. I was blown away but the level of customer service I received from Royal Locksmith Store. Not only did Mark call me within an hour to set up a time, he called again later to see if I wanted him to come earlier (I had asked for instillation as early as possible that day but he was booked until 3). When he arrived he showed me my options, and after we decided, he had the deadbolt installed in less than 20 minutes. He then swept the floor and charged me electronically. Overall, he was in and out in less than 30 minutes and now I feel a lot safer in the apt!Great Locksmith Company.
