AMAZING! Like everyone else online, Edwardo came to the rescue and and I thought he was exceptional. I locked myself out of an office at work. When I called him for a quote, he asked that I take a picture of the lock and door and text it to him so he could assess the situation and call me back. WOW. A locksmith who receives texts? I was impressed with just that! He called me back within minutes. Even though it was a hardcore MultiTLock, he said he'd tried to do it for the minimal cost of $59 and try to do as little damage to the lock and the door as possible so that I could not incur more costs. He suggest that we just start there.WOW again. It was not an emergency situation and Edwardo said someone would be by in a couple of hours. I didn't even notice the time and HE CALLED to follow up with me and apologized for the delay. Third WOW. He came and resolved in the problem in less than 2 minutes! No new lock needed and no damage to the door. He even took credit cards and charged it right away and emailed me the receipt within minutes. WOW! I don't know what else to say. I called Locksmith & Key Shop on Wednesday and he gave me a great breakdown of what I was looking for, which is was a deadbolt installation. He was very informative and helpful. I called him again on Friday to set up a time and he made time in his schedule for a Saturday installation, in less than 24 hrs! The install was fast and he was super friendly and professional. Dave is quite personable and I really enjoyed having such a nice person to coordinate with. If you need a lock install, you can't do better. I honestly would say that working with Locksmith & Key Shop has been my most pleasant interaction with a service company in Elmsford, NY EVER!!
